When will I get my order?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders take up to 3 business days to process before dispatch, and delivery then typically takes 6–7 business days. Please allow approximately 9–10 business days from the date of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send shipping confirmation and tracking details where available. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. ZS Trading currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used or had their seals removed may not be eligible unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Eligible returns are refunded to your original payment method. Please email zstrading24@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry if that happens. Please email zstrading24@gmail.com or call +44 7498 716691 as soon as possible, with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we’ll work with you to put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
